He proudly founded Sam Switzer Realty in 2000 after the unexpected passing of his mentor & broker Jan Patton of Patton Realty. In 2014, Sam purchased another real estate company that had locations in Defiance & Hicksville. Sam Switzer Realty has become the largest non-franchise company in the area with numerous agents being recognized with million-dollar + sales awards each year.
