Founded in 2014, DECKED began shipping its products out of a barn in Montpelier with six full time employees nationwide. Today, DECKED operates a 100,000 sq/ft facility right here in Defiance, with another 70,000 sq/ft coming online this summer, and employs over 150 American workers, including 40 right here in Defiance, making award winning storage and organization systems for trucks and vans. DECKED cites company culture as a key element to their business success and are humbly honored to be nominated by their employees for this award. Their ultimate goal is to bring an NFL expansion team to Defiance.
